If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number shows the order as successfully shipped, we are not responsible if your package has been misplaced. If the item is marked as made to order in the description, it will ship once stock becomes available. Made to order items usually take 2-4 weeks. International orders usually take 15 days to arrive once shipped. All international orders are shipped delivered duties unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country’s import duties at the time of delivery.
